I'm Steve Chapman, an independent Organisational Development, Change and Creativity consultant with 20 years experience in industry.  Nothing excites me more than working with people be it helping them get unstuck when they find themselves in sticky situations, helping them grow and develop or helping them find new and innovative ways of achieving their personal, team or organisational objectives.

I take a 'socio-complexity'approach to my work (in plain English - I see organisations simply as a complex bunch of people engaged in a process of relating to eachother) which allows me to specialise in the human elements of organisational development and change.

I work on small, medium and large scale change projects, team development/effectiveness as well as personal/leadership development.

I hold an MSc in Organisational Change and Consulting and blend together ideas from the complexity sciences, Gestalt and the world of improvisation to bring a unique perspective to any challenge.

I'm a family man and my young daughter is my creativty mentor and provided the art for this website.
