I'm Steve Chapman, an independent Organisational Development, Change and Creativity
consultant with 20 years experience in industry. Nothing excites
me more than working with people be it helping them get unstuck when
they find themselves in sticky situations, helping them grow and
develop or helping them find new and innovative ways of achieving their
personal, team or organisational objectives.
I take a 'socio-complexity'approach to my work (in plain English - I
see organisations as a complex bunch of people engaged in a
process of relating to eachother) which allows me to specialise in the
human elements of sustainable organisational development and change.
